From Nathan Harris, Chairman of the iiCare Foundation
Dear Friends of iiCare,
Every chapter of my life has been shaped by one simple truth: mentorship is magic. Before I ever led companies, created innovation ecosystems, or founded organizations like iiCare and Immersion, I was a young kid who didn’t graduate high school on time — someone searching for direction, belief, and purpose.
My path wasn’t linear. I earned a high-school equivalency instead of a diploma. I went into college, earned a 4.0, and walked away from the institution because I realized something profound:
The knowledge I needed wasn’t contained within four walls — it lived inside the minds and hearts of the mentors I admired.
These were individuals defined not just by achievement, but by character: their ethics, their integrity, their accountability to the communities they served. I absorbed everything I could. I stayed moldable, coachable, and open. And because of that, my mentors became my investors, my board members, and eventually — my family. In some cases, I am now a godfather to their children. They have become pillars of the community that raised me.
That interconnected circle of mentorship is the foundation on which iiCare, Immersion, and everything we are building today stands.
This is why today’s announcement is so meaningful.
In partnership with Jai Lyle and the Orlando Magic
This Thursday, on HBCU Night during the Orlando Magic game, we launch The Magic of Mentoring — a program designed to give young people what I was given: belief, guidance, and proximity to possibility.
And this initiative exists because a member of our own community — Jai Lyle — brought it forward.
For those who don’t yet know him, Jai is a fashion mogul and founder of Jai Lyle, a high-fashion brand built on purpose, legacy, and cultural elevation. His work is not just about design — it’s about identity, dignity, and community. He uses his passion as a vehicle to instill values, confidence, and direction in young people. Programs like this one are part of his mission to give back, build upward, and create pathways where too many see none.
We are honored that he trusted us to steward this vision and help bring it to life. Partners like Jai represent exactly what iiCare stands for: individuals who want to be iconic — not just in success, but in impact.
I am living proof that mentorship does not just change a moment — it redirects a life.
When young people are supported by someone who sees them, invests in them, and stands beside them, everything becomes possible:

This program will connect youth with mentors from sports, business, the arts, and leadership. Guided by structure, accountability, and values, these relationships will help young people navigate school, careers, discipline, and purpose — just like my mentors did for me.
And with the support of the Orlando Magic, we anchor this work in visibility, inspiration, and excellence.
This is more than a program launch — it is the beginning of a generational ripple.
In the coming months, you will witness:
This is mentoring at scale — not as a side project, but as a cultural force.

Every contribution — time, resources, relationships — moves this mission forward.
APPLY TO BE A MENTEE
At iiCare, we believe that those who achieve greatness have a responsibility to extend their hand backward. One mentor can shape a future. And we believe that our community — united in purpose — can build ecosystems of opportunity that outlive us all.
This is what the Magic of Mentoring represents.
This is the legacy we are creating together.
Thank you for being a part of this movement. Thank you for believing in what is possible. And thank you for choosing to be not just iconic — but an icon of impact.
With gratitude and purpose,
Nathan Harris
